1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 4:33 p.m. with L. Thiessen in the chair.

2. Survey Reminder: J. Jensen reminded executive members to complete the climate goals survey.

3. Education Conference: Executive members discussed the proposal for soliciting registration, as circulated by email.

Executive members discussed various criteria to select chapter attendees, should there be more interest than chapter seats available, including geographic and professional representation, and giving priority to members who have not been previously involved with PEA activities.

M/S/C that the GLP chapter is in agreement with soliciting chapter members to attend the Education Conference through a general call for interest issued by the PEA; and that selection decisions with regard to attendees be made at the February 20 meeting if necessary.

4. Collective Bargaining: Bargaining committee members briefed the executive on the distribution of recommended proposals.

5. Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 4:45 p.m.
