LSS — Legal Services Society Lawyers

Chapter Links

The PEA's second bargaining unit comprises the employed lawyers working for the Legal Services Society of BC. LSS was founded in 1979 to provide legal aid to qualified applicants. PEA members practice primarily in criminal, family and immigration law. LSS members work in seven regional centres located in Kamloops, Kelowna, Prince George, Surrey, Terrace, Vancouver and Victoria. The PEA was certified to represent this group of lawyers in 1981.
