The Law Society Chapter Executive is pleased to announce the vacancy resulting from the departure of past Chair, Carmel Wiseman, has been filled.
Taking the reins as Chapter Chair is Michael Rhodes. Michael joins Vice-Chair, Lance Cooke, and Secretary-Treasurer, Jack Olsen, on the Chapter Executive.

LSL Chair Carmel Wiseman has accepted a new position and will be leaving the Law Society. Wiseman has been tireless in her roles on the chapter executive, bargaining committees, and Union/Management Committee. We thank Carmel for all her work on behalf of the chapter membership and wish her well in her new endeavours.
A call has gone out to members for expressions of interest in participating on the chapter executive and on the bargaining committee. The PEA is expecting to return to the bargaining table with the Law Society in the fall.
