This PEA bargaining unit comprises the staff lawyers working for The Law Society of BC. As the independent governing body for all BC lawyers, the Law Society protects the public interest in the administration of justice and sets and upholds standards for the legal profession. The PEA was certified to represent this group of lawyers in April 2006.

The Law Society Chapter Executive is pleased to announce the vacancy resulting from the departure of past Chair, Carmel Wiseman, has been filled.

Taking the reins as Chapter Chair is Michael Rhodes. Michael joins Vice-Chair, Lance Cooke, and Secretary-Treasurer, Jack Olsen, on the Chapter Executive.
