Professionals Making A Difference
The Annual General Meeting of the Health Science Professionals Chapter took place on November 26 in Kelowna. Members from Penticton, the Lower Mainland, Kamloops, and Vancouver Island attended the meeting via teleconference. The membership gave the HSP Chapter Executive a vote of confidence by acclaiming them for another term. Chairperson Joanne Montgomery reported on the Chapter’s activities over the last year including the regional meetings and the PEA Education Conference. Potential bargaining issues were of great interest, and the Chapter Executive will investigate these further over the coming months.
