The HSP Bargaining Association will go to the bargaining table with representatives of the Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC) on March 17 and 18. The Bargaining Association includes all unions representing members of the HSP bargaining unit, including the PEA, Health Sciences Association (HSA), BC Government and Service Employees’ Union (BCGEU), and Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE).
In preparation for negotiations, the Chapter Executive reviewed and analyzed the results of the bargaining survey completed by the HSP members early in the year. The Chapter Executive has identified the following as key bargaining priorities for our members:
The PEA has communicated these priorities to the Bargaining Association and commits to keeping members up-to-date with the status of collective bargaining through bargaining bulletins.
