Wards closing in phases

Wards at Riverview Hospital will close at various times throughout 2011 with complete closure of the hospital planned for 2012. The PEA is working with the employer to identify vacant positions available to members and to identify new positions that may open up as patients move to other facilities managed by new service providers within the Fraser Health region. An update plus a list of Q + As will be posted in early October following an all-staff meeting on closure details.
