Lawyers working for the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program met on April 15 to provide members of the bargaining committee with feedback on the proposed package of bargaining priorities. Members of the bargaining committee are Richard Benwell, Brent Hird, Debra Padron, and PEA Executive Director Jodi Jensen.

The bargaining committee is meeting in early June to refine bargaining proposals based on membership feedback and to prepare for our first meetings with representatives of the employer. The parties are scheduled to commence bargaining on June 28 and 29.
