FMEP - Family Maintenance Enforcement Program Lawyers

The Family Maintenance Enforcement Program unit comprises lawyers employed in the BC. Attorney-General's Family Maintenance Enforcement Program. PEA members are employed by Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd., a private company contracted to deliver the FMEP mandate. Working out of offices in Burnaby, Kamloops and Victoria, PEA members provide legal services to British Columbians seeking spouses' compliance with child and spousal support orders.
